KOMAC is mandated to develop a data and analytics based credit platform leveraging technology to provide Private Credit exposure to its investors by lending across Fintechs, Origination platforms and SME anchors and partners

Team and Key Personnel

Apoorva Sanghvi

Apoorva is a Chartered Accountant with experience of more than 40+ years’ in the financial services space. Apoorva also runs a boutique wealth management business called Amol Financial Services Pvt Ltd. They provide personalized wealth management solutions to family offices and Corporates. They are members of NSE, BSE and have been succesfully running the firm for more than 30 years.

Sumit Kanthed

Sumit brings expertise in capital markets, with coverage extending to Europe and the Middle East. He has over 14 years of experience in structured credit, derivatives, corporate finance, and asset management, with a focus on emerging markets and accompanied by a broad institutional network. He has worked at JP Morgan and a boutique PE firm on the buy side in London. Additionally, he is an investor in Daksfirst and serves as Co-CEO of Maystone Capital, a UK-focused merchant bank. Sumit holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in engineering from IIT Bombay, an MBA from IIM Lucknow, and certifications in CFA and FRM.

Amit Kanthed

Amit is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in the financial services sector. He joined Daksfirst in 2021 and has worked on various deals in the infrastructure space. Previously, he worked with EY and PWC, where he led audits for various large NBFCs, MFIs, and stock exchanges. He also led a team of 20 people and collaborated with international teams in India and the USA.
